Did you know that if you want to make pretzels you must first bathe them in 6 cups of water and 1/4 cup baking soda? Yeah. I was surprised. I made my first attempt at pretzels a couple of nights ago and surprisingly they turned out good! But the whole baking soda thing was unexpected.
