June 10, 2006 John and I were married!!!
We honeymooned together for two weeks before we packed and headed out for a new land.

On less than four hours of sleep we managed to move things out of my parent's house, move out of the Auburn apartment, take a psychological exam (John did this..for at least three hours!), eat lunch with friends, and drive to Huntsville. Whew!
The view right after we passed the Kentucky state line. Not much different than the rest of the trip, but still- we were in Kentucky! We finally made it.
And this is the place we call home...

The little streets of Wilmore boast such great pride in their Fourth of July parade (all the main streets are lined with huge baskets of flowers!).

The first several days consisted of not more than this to eat off of (and to eat ; ) haha.
Ah! Finally some cool air.
As you can see, we've made many transitions in the past couple of months. We have finally settled in our apartment and are waiting on just a few more things to make our home complete, like decorations, curtains, etc.

I'm glad you guys are doing well in Kentucky, the house looks nice and it's cool that you found some people in your complex to chill with.
