Laura has been elected President!
That is right. Laura is the new president of the Graduate Student Organization in her department at UGA. She may not be quite as popular as President Obama, but she sure is someone to celebrate!

Yay Jeanie!!! YOU are way more popular than Mr. Obama to me! In fact the only popularity that he has with me is the fact that his name has bama in it so I prefer to look at it like this oBAMA and consider it a cheer for THE university : ) or the state. (whichever you desire) We are proud of you.
